Saleyard planning and design

We have designed modern saleyards such as SELX Yass and WVLX Mortlake; and have also designed saleyard upgrades at Dalby, Forbes, Horsham, Gunnedah, Grafton, Horsham and Moss Vale.

Benchmarking and business analysis

We identify strategic options for saleyards such as Charters Towers to excel.

Data collection and piloting

We design and test new systems, such as the introduction of NLIS (Sheep and Goats) in Victoria.

International livestock projects

We advise on the establishment of a beef industry in Rwanda, and live export in Java and Sumartra.
